King’s Mountain Property Owners  Association (KMPOA) is a nonprofit homeowner’s association, a private  community located in the beautiful Laurel Highlands of Somerset County,  PA. KMPOA provides maintenance and recreational services to over 100  home and lot owners at King’s Mountain. KMPOA owns and maintains  several miles of private roads and a private lake with adjoining  recreational grounds. Our residents enjoy year-round mountain living  and four-season outdoor amenities. Minutes from two major ski resorts  (Hidden Valley and 7 Springs), the Great Allegheny Passage multi-purpose  recreational trail, white water rafting at Ohiopyle State Park, hiking  on the Laurel Highlands Hiking Trail, and Frank Lloyd Wright’s  Fallingwater and Kentuck Knob.
